  Problem Description:
  
  tracking APAR for defect 77390
  
  Customer is trying to do the "tacmd manageSit -s <Situation> -o
  stop"
  command to stop a Situation.  The command line returns a message
  "KUICMS006I: The situations were successfully stopped on the
  server..."
  However, when the customer checks the status of the Situation,
  it has not stopped.
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  Setup is when agent is connected via a Remote TEMS the command
  does not work.

Local fix

• Defect appears to be fixed in 6.2.1, but not in 6.2.
  

Problem summary

• The "tacmd manageSit" command fails with agents connected to a
  remote TEMS.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified so that the "tacmd manageSit" command
  works correctly for agents connected to a remote TEMS.
