• Attempt to run db2batch utility against an AS400 host database,
  it will fail with CLI0150E.
  
  db2batch -d <dbname> -a user/pwd
  
  ** CLI error in set statement handle attribute:
  (-99999): [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0150E  Driver not capable.
  SQLSTATE=HYC00
  ** CLI attribute number 1293
  *** Unable to allocate sufficient memory
