Error description
If the index file is corrupt in that a node's right node pointer points to itself, the fmt_dump_tree function in kglcbdmp.c loops during formatting, producing a QA1xxxxx.dmp file that fills the filesystem. The function needs to check for this condition and break out of the formatting loop with an error message. Local fix
Replace the corrupt IDX/DB files
Problem summary
During TEMS startup with with a corrupted .idx file, all space in the file system is consumed.
Problem conclusion
During TEMS startup, table files are verified. If a table index file is found to be corrupt, it is dumped to a text file with a .dmp extention which is created in the TABLES directory. Certain kinds of curruption can cause this dump file to grow large enough to consume all available space in the file system.
