  Problem Description:
  If the CEV is showing the maximum number of events, and the user
  closes
  a TEC event currently in the CEV, the CEV does not repopulate
  the view,
  up the the maxiumum event limit, with older TEC events that have
  rolled
  off, but are still open

Problem summary

• If the Common Event Viewer is showing the maximum number of
  events, and the user closes a TEC event currently in the Common
  Event Viewer, the Common Event Viewer does not repopulate the
  view, up to the maxiumum event limit, with older TEC events that
  have rolled off, but are still open.
  
  For example, if there are 100 open TEC events in the CEV, and a
  new one is received, the oldest event will roll off the list.
  Then if a user closes a TEC event in the CEV, there will be only
  99 events in the list, and the old event that rolled off the
  list will not reappear, even though it is still open.
  

Problem conclusion

• The TEC connector was modified to pull old events from TEC when
  any events are closed or removed from the Common Event Viewer
  event cache.
