Error description

• Agent fails to de-register subnode, if subnode name contains
  trailing blank characters.
  Error in the agent log:
  kraasnrq.cpp,298,"DeregisterSubnode") ERROR: Must register
  subnode before calling deregister, subnode <subnode_name>

Problem summary

• If a subnode name contains trailing blank characters, An agent
  fails to de-register the subnode with the following error
  message:
  
  kraasnrq.cpp,298,"DeregisterSubnode") ERROR:  Must register
  subnode before calling deregister, subnode <subnode_name>
  

Problem conclusion

• The agent framework code was modified to insure that the leading
  and trailing blank characters are removed from the subnode name
  at subnode registration and de-registration.
