APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When DB2 application is unloaded (in CICS case), libdb2osse is
  still being held in the process, but pdOSSeLoggingCallback() is
  gone.
  
  When DB2 is being loaded again, g_pFnOSSeLogCallback
  is still pointing to the previous address of
  pdOSSeLoggingCallback(). This address doesn't point to
  pdOSSeLoggingCallback() function anymore, as a result, the
  application crashes.
