IZ31253: TEP CLIENT ADDS LOCALTIME ATTRIBUTE BACK TO EXISTING SITUATION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Open an existing situation
  with a
  trailing Local_Time attribute, remove the attribute, hit apply,
  hit
  advanced, add display item, hit apply and then OK.
  
  On the first apply, the Local_Time items are removed.  On the
  second
  apply, the client brings back the deleted Local_Time attributes.
  

Local fix

• Press OK to close the situation editor instead of apply
  immediately after removing the Local_Time attribute.
  

Problem summary

• If a situation expression is changed, the changes are applied,
  and additional changes that do not affect the expression are
  made and applied, the expression changes will be reverted. The
  stored situation definition will be reverted but the reversion
  will not show up on the screen until the situation is edited
  again.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic was changed to update the memory resident copy of the
  expression to match the saved expression whenever the changes
  were successfully applied.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
