Error description

• Customer would like to be able to use a hexadecimal character as
  a delimiter for the attributes parameter in a metafile.
  
  He has coded the metafile as follows:

  The appropriately delimited stream is sent correctly but it
  doesn't get parsed correctly.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• UA is not correctly parsing data records that contain
  hexadecimal attribute delimiter.
