APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The SSM agent is bundled with Tivoli Workload Scheduler 8.4.
  When installed it logs Windows events referring to a missing
  driver PCAMp50.sys.
  

Local fix

• Install SSM 4.0 on another server and copy
  \windows\system32\drivers\PCAMp50.sys to the same location
  on the TWS server.
  

Problem summary

• The SSM required w32n55.dll to be present in order to start up.
  This file was not packaged with the install.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SSM no longer requires this file to be present on the system
  in order to start up.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
     8.4.0-TIV-TWS-FP0002
