Error description

• The FileMon sub agent does not provide a way to monitor the time
  difference between samples. This will allow users to know the
  exact time the file was last examined, as it will fire an event
  on every sample.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The filemon sub agent does not provide a way to monitor the time
  difference between samples. This will allow users to know the
  exact time the file was last examined, as it will fire an event
  on every sample.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new file fmControlAttribute relativeUpdateTime has been added
  sa well as the corresponding data row fmDataRelativeUpdateTime,
  that will allow the user to monitor the time difference between
  samples for a particular object. If the file/directory no
  longer exists then this data value will not be updated.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
