Error description

  • Load of an MDC table in V91 or V95 may cause db2lrid process to
get stuck in an infinite loop inside of the function
sqluMDCRPPickVictimExtent.  An example of a typical stack trace

The db2lrid process will also be accumulating significant
amounts of CPU time.   Multiple ps commands will show the CPU
time increasing
