IZ15740: EXPORT OUTPUTS SIGNED VALUES FOR SHORT UNSIGNED INTEGERS

Error description

• Problem Description:
  The Export function will not correctly format values defined
  in the
    ODI file to have a semantic data type via the *OPTIONS TYPE=
    specification.
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    1. In the TEP, configure a table view to use an attribute that
       references a semantic type.  KN3TCN.FGNPORT is one case.
    2. Ensure that the data includes values greater than 32K for
  I,2
       attributes using the kfw.UnsignedInteger semantic type.
    3. Export the data and observe that the resulting file
  contains
       negative numbers for values greater than 32K.  Other
  formatters
       might show other anomalies.

    Debugging showed the call to format around line 2103 in the
    ExportToDiskPanelHandler.java module needs to provide a third
    parameter containing information necessary to load semantic
    type definitions.

Local fix

Problem summary

• When the Export function is used to output data containing
  unsigned integer values, large values may be displayed as
  negative numbers.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic was changed to ensure that exported values will be
  formatted as displayed.
