APAR status

Error description

  • The db2profile will add the necessary DB2 directories to
environment PATH variable. During the process, the db2profile
adds an extra colon, ':', to the end of the original PATH.
However, if a colon is already present at the end of the
original PATH, then two colons, '::', present in the PATH
string.

Local fix

  • Ensure that the original PATH does not end with a colon, ':.'
Or add an extra line in the userprofile, to replace all double
colons, '::', with a single colon, ':.'
