Error description

• Netcool/SSM 4.0.0 Build 935 runs on Redhat 4.0 ES
  
  Version of Oracle : Oracle 10g RAC
  
  The customer is not able to setup SSM agent successfully to
  monitor a Oracle database in a clustered environment. The Oracle
  version is Oracle 10g RAC and its runs on a Redhat 4.0 ES update
  4 platform.
  
  
  Issue suspected as per L3 :
  
  This appears to be a bug in our RAC code... the SSM is
  mistakenly throwing away the FQDN of the node and using only the
  base hostname. Hence logging a new APAR.
