APAR status

Error description

  • When I run MIB explorer on windows server 2000. the error
ERROR:Cannot
create Oletra Chart. Make sure the *.ocx file is registered when
try to
see the Process CPU Usage Graph

Local fix

  • Installing HMBGraph

1. Copy "olch2x32.ocx" to \Winnt\system32.
2. Pass the complete path and filename of "olch2x32.ocx" to the
REGSVR32.exe
   windows utility.
3. Copy "olchart.lic" to \Winnt\system32.

Problem summary

  • Script added to fixpack 1 for SSM 4.0 to correct the OCX
registration.

Problem conclusion

  • Fix will be available in 4.0.0-TIV-SSM-FP0001
