  Description:
  
  In using the command KfwTmsDla to generate an XML file, the
  current version of idml_browse.hta does not permit blank IDs,
  specifically the Sysplex id.
  
  Env: 6.1.0.4-ITM-IF011.
  

Local fix

• new idml_browse.hta is available from L3.
  
  Also to work around this the name of the Sysplex ID can be added
  to the XML manually.

Problem summary

• The TMS DLA script, when creating a Sysplex object, will
  only populate the ID field of the object if the node being
  processed is the Sysplex node. If the node is a non-Sysplex
  z/OS node, the Sysplex object will be created, but the ID field
  is left blank.  Later when writing the XML file, certain tags
  write
   the Sysplex ID field out as a property, and the property will
  be the empty string if no Sysplex node was ever found.
  

Problem conclusion

• Always populate the Sysplex ID field.  If the node is a
  non-Sysplex z/OS node, use the portion of the managed
  system name that represents the Sysplex name.  A message
  is written to the log when debugging is enabled
  that identifies the system for which the Sysplex object is
  created. This APAR has been fixed and delivered in
  6.1.0.7-TIV-ITM-IF0001,  please visit the IBM Support Web
