When system language is set to a DBCS language like Russian (ru_RU.utf8), cinfo -r displays empty status for agent and instance entries. RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Log into a Linux system configured for Russian language 2. Install OS agent from the ITM 630 FP7 3. Configure and start agent 4. run cinfo -r
