IV99128: AFTER SPLITTING AN ASSIGNMENT INTO 03 RECORDS, SAVING AND REFRESHING, ONE OF THAT RECORDS GETS BACK TO WAITASGN STATUS.

APAR status

  • Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

  • Steps to replicate the issue:
    
    1) Go to Work Order Tracking application.
    
    2) Create a new Work Order with Duration = 72:00 hours.
    
    3) Go to Plans tab > Labor sub-tab.
    
    4) Click on New Row button, enter the following and save:
    Craft = ELECT
    Regular Hours = 24:00
    
    5) Go to Graphical Assignment application.
    
    6) Create a Work List to show the Work Order created above.
    
    7) Go to Gantt View tab.
    
    8) Assign the Work Order to a Labor.
    
    9) Save and refresh.
    Note that the Status becomes Assigned (green color).
    
    10) Right-click > Split Work into Three Records.
    
    At first, the 03 records are showed as Assigned (green color).
    
    11) Save and refresh.
    
    The issue is:
    
    After saving and refreshing, one of the records gets back to
    WAITASGN Status (orange color).
    

Local fix

  • No workaround has been found.
