  Concerns/Problem:
  Cannot Select/Deselect Price Schedule
  We upgraded Maximo from 7.5.0.5 to 7.5.0.11 and the Service
  Provider to 7.5.3.0-20161230-1352.  We are getting following
  error when a user tries to execute Select action
  ->Select/Deselect Price Schedule in PRODUCTION.
  BMXAA0024E - The action SAVE is not allowed on object PLUSPWO.
  Verify the business rules for the object and define the
  appropriate action for the object.
  
  This issue only occurs to the users who can access one site or
  several sites only. If a user can access all sites, this user
  does not get the above error.
  
  
  Steps to replicate the issue:
  1. Create a new user who can access one site only (e.g.
  BEDFORDSITE).
  2. Log onto Maximo using the user created above.
  3. Create a new customer
  4. Create a customer agreement for the above customer.
  5. Create a new Work Order from Work Order Tracking (SP)
  application
  6. Set the above customer to the work order.
  7. Perform Select action ->Apply Customer Agreement. It
  applies customer agreement successfully.
  8. Execute Select acion -> Select/Deselect Price Schedule. Get
  the below error:
  BMXAA0024E - The action SAVE is not allowed on object PLUSPWO.
  Verify the business rules for the object and define the
  appropriate action for the object.

Problem conclusion

• This occurs in Service Provider but is fixed in core maximo.
