APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When performing maintenance on a host in a db2 cluster, after
  'db2cluster -cm -enter -maintenance' is issued,
  GPFS got shutdown before entering CFS maintenance mode.
  
  All succeeding 'db2cluster -cfs -enter -maintenance' fails with
  an error because gpfs has been already shut down.
