  Regardless how many scheduled reports exist, only 1 displays

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Set  mxe.db.fetchStopLimitEnabled=0
  
  2. Enter many scxheduled reports
  
  3. Go to report admin application and select action "View
  Scheduled Report".
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  You will see just one record where as all
  scheduled reports should have displayed.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  all scheduled reports should me listed
