IV94161: AGENTS ARE NOT ADDED TO A MANAGED SYSTEM GROUP WHEN CREATING A NEW GROUP IN THE TEP OBJECT GROUP EDITOR

Error description

• Problem re-creation example / scenario
  
  1) Create a duplicate of *CAM_APACHE_WEB_SERVER by right
  clicking and selecting "Create Another Group"
  
  2) Configure a new instance if the HT agent on another server.
  
  3) New instance of the HT agent appears in
  *CAM_APACHE_WEB_SERVER, but not in the duplicate group.
  
  4) Create another duplicate of *CAM_APACHE_WEB_SERVER by right
  clicking and selecting "Create Another Group"
  
  5) The new instance if the HT agent appears in the new
  duplicate group.
  
  The root cause of this issue is due to the fact that the
  feature bit section of the affinity assigned to the managed
  system list is not considered a superset of the feature bit
  section of the affinity assigned to the new managed systems
  (agents) being introduced into the environment.  The TEP
  considers both the system affinity as well as the feature bit
  section of the affinity string when deciding what to make
  available for assignment in the managed system group editor
  panel.
  

Local fix

• The current workaround for this issue is to simply use the
  tacmd editsystemlist CLI.
