IV93318: "ASSET XXXXX IS NOT A VALID ASSET" ERROR WHEN SELECTING AN ASSET FROM THE DRILLDOWN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• "Asset xxxxx is not a valid asset" error when selecting an
  asset from the drilldown after getting the same error first by
  selecting a location that has multiple assets in
  Inventory/Where Used
  
  Steps to replicate:
  1)Go to Inventory
  2)Select an item (ex 11406)
  3)Go to Where used tab
  4)Click New
  5)Open Drilldown
  6)Go to Location tab  and click blue box beside FLTGAR:Fleet
  Garage
  It throws error : BMXAA0089E - AssetFLTGAR is not a valid asset.
  7)Click OK
  8)Now, go to Asset Tab and try to select any asset, it still
  throws the same error : BMXAA0089E - AssetFLTGAR is not a valid
  asset.
  9)Click OK
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Throwing BMXAA0089E - AssetFLTGAR is not a valid asset even if
  you choose other records from the list ; Only Option is to
  Cancel
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  It should not throw the same error
  
  **If you click single asset, it will return the selection
  but if it happens to be a multiple asset, it will show error
