Error description

• Steps to replicate:
  1) Greate a GLOBALID Attrbute (ALN, 100) on your Maximo
  Object(eg Locations.GIS_GLOBALID)
  2) Link your location to the GIS feature through the GLOBALID
  3) Create a location manually - and make sure to populate
  PLUSSISGIS, PLUSSFEATURECLASS and GIS_GLOBALID. The latter must
  be an existing globalid from GIS Feature
  4) The GlobalID GIS Attribute must be type esriFieldTypeGLobalID
  5) Go to the locaiton, and try to load the location on the map.
  The pin marker does not show up
  

Local fix

• Use a different value from GLobalID
