IV93081: WRONG UPDATE WHILE DELETING A RESERVATION IN INVENTORY USAGE

Error description

• PROBLEM: Customer has autonumber set in site level and when
  delete a reservation in inventory usage application Maximo
  update the wrong desktop requisition.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.GO TO >> ADMINISTRATION >> ORGANIZATION
  2.Bring up EAGLENA
  3.SELECT ACTION >> AUTONUMBER SETUP >> SITE LEVEL
  4.Click on BEDFORD site
  5.Click New Row
  6.Enter MRNUM in Autonumber Name field
  7.Click on MCLEAN site
  8.Click New Row
  9.Enter MRNUM in Autonumber Name field
  10.Click OK
  11.Click on Profile button on the top of screen
  12.Enter BEDFORD in Default Insert Site field
  13.Click OK
  14.GO TO >> SELF SERVICE >> DESKTOP REQUISITIONS >> CREATE
  REQUISITION
  15.Enter BEDFORD TEST in description field
  16.Click CONTINUE button
  17.Click New Row in Requisitions Line Items section
  18.Click lookup from Item field >> go to >> inventory
  19.Bring up D900 from BEDFORD site
  20.Click on the item D900
  21.Click Return With Value
  22.Enter Quatity as 1
  23.Click Continue button
  24.Click Submit button
  25.Click View Details
  26.Click on Profile button on the top of screen
  27.Enter MCLEAN in Default Insert Site field
  27.Click OK
  28.Click Create Requisition on the toolbar
  29.Enter MCLEAN TEST in description field
  30.Click CONTINUE button
  31.Click New Row in Requisitions Line Items section
  32.Click lookup from Item field >> go to >> inventory
  33.Bring up D900 from MCLEAN site
  34.Click on the item D900
  35.Click Return With Value
  36.Enter Quatity as 1
  37.Click Continue button
  38.Click Submit button
  39.Click View Details
  40.GO TO >> SELF SERVICE >> DESKTOP REQUISITIONS >> VIEW
  REQUISITION
  41.Click on arrow beside of Advanced Search >> Where clause
  42.Delete the query
  43.Click Find
  44.There are two record with same requisition number
  45.Click on Profile button on the top of screen
  46.Enter BEDFORD in Default Insert Site field
  47.GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY USAGE
  48.SELECT ACTION >> ADD/MODIFY RESERVATIONS
  49.Filter by D900 item
  50.Delete reservation from Bedford site
  51.GO TO >> SELF SERVICE >> DESKTOP REQUISITIONS >> VIEW
  REQUISITION
  52.Click Advanced Search
  53.Enter Bedford and Mclean in site field
  54.Enter yes in History flag
  55.Click Find
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  How our customer have autonumber set to site
  level them have two desktop requisition with same MRNUM. When
  delete a
  reservation in inventory usage app Maximo, Maximo is updating
  the wrong
  MRNUM because there is no role to filter by site.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  When delete a reservation in inventory usage app
  Maximo have to update the MRNUM from the correct site.
