IV90435: MAXIMUM OPEN CURSOR EXCEEDED WHEN SYNCING THOUSANDS OF USERS USING LDAPSYNC

Error description

• System will throw SQL exception ORA-1000 when running LDAPSYNC.
  
  PROBLEM:
  Phone Mbo set for LDAP Synchronization are not being closed.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:  Yes
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Have 50,000 users on Active Directory or higher number of users
  than the value of open cursor set in the database, then run
  LDAPSYNC. Check the open cursors from the database and notice
  that most of them were from Phone Mbo set.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  System hang and throw ORA-1000.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The system should not hang and release cursor.
