• PROBLEM: Maximo Graphical scheduler does not print in a usable
  format.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Go to the graphical scheduler application
  Bring up any schedule (does not have to have a lot of records.
  even a
  query that brings up one work order record will do for testing)
  click the Gannt View tab
  Click the Print icon on the toolbar
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:The print icon should print document
  in a
  useful format.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: blank pages come out after sending it to a
  printer. If
  sending it to a pdf file, it does not print in a useful format
  
  ADDITIONAL INFO:
  replicated with IE and Firefox
  After clicking on the print icon, it displays a popup "select
  columns
  to print"
  scroll to the bottom
  right above the OK button, it shows "Print size is 1 X ? pages"
