Error description

• For every Suggested Related Events Group there is an SQL select
  count() statement being run by the underlying policy which
  provides data to the 'Group Sources' UI portlet
  When there is a large number of Suggested Related Events groups
  it takes a considerable time before all of the SQL statements
  have executed and the results are finally populated in the UI
  portlet
  Due to this portlet frequently times out with a message 'Failed
  to load data!'
