APAR status

Error description

• When the Organization's default stock category is set to non
  stocked (NS), the reorder process will not work for stocked
  items.
  
  Steps to reproduce the issue.
  
  1. In the organization application, change the default stock
  valye to non stocked (NS).
  
  2. In the inventory application, on the list tab, filter for a
  storeroom. Run the reorder process, no purchase record will be
  created. If we check the system out log, we will see this error:
  
  BMXAA7922E - The item cannot be added to the storeroom. The
  stock category of the item is Non-Stocked for the current
  organization.
  
  Maximo should allow for the stocked items to be reordered.
