Error description

  • When performing any operation in the Web UI or Dashboard which
involves loading a file (e.g. loading a profile or a document)
the following error is received:

Error 500: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/commons/io/IOUtils

All users of WebSphere Service Registry and Repository V8.5 and
V8.0.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The level of Apache commons-fileupload, which was updated as
part of APAR IV87422 has a dependency on Apache commons-io

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This fix is targeted for inclusion in WSRR V8.5.6.1.

This fix is only required the following iFixes have been
installed:

V8.5.6.0_IV79085_IV87422_IV87429
or
V8.0.0.3_IV65487_IV79085_IV87422_IV87429

This fix is included in the following publicly available iFixes:
