Error description

  • Title:
    The TEMPLATEID field on the create communication dialog is
    blanked out
    
    Problem Description:
    The TEMPLATEID field on the create communication dialog is
    blanked out
    
    Steps to Replicate:
    1. Go to  Service Desk > Service Requests >open a record "1001"
    in SR application ( or ticket, change, problem )
    
    2. Click 'Select Action' => 'Create' => 'Create Communication'
    
    4. Select an existing communication template in the TEMPLATEID
    field
    
    5. Select recipient
    
    6. Click button 'Attach File', select file and fill fields
    
    7. After clicking OK button to add the attachment to the mail
    
    8.  At the top the 'Template' field is cleared when the
    attachment added
    
    
    Current  Erroneous Result:
    when clicking the Send button afterwards, the system raises an
    error 'BMXAA4195E - A value is required for the Tempalte field o
    the COMMLOG object'.
    
    
    Eexpected Result:
    Not to blank out the TEMPLATEID field when adding an attachment
