APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Following the "nci_jrexec.bat -i nci_jrexec.conf" to install
  the JREXEC server within Windows Services, Service is created
  but the Jrexec service will not start.
  

Local fix

• The root cause for this issue is because of the jrexec.jar is
  missing from %IMPACT_HOME%\install\jrexec\ directory, which
  until is available on the next GA Fix Pack release, open a PMR
  to obtain the missing jrexec.jar from Impact Support.
  
  Or you can start up the Jrexec service via the Window's command
  prompt, using the "-c" option when starting it up, i.e.
  "%IMPACT_HOME%\bin\nci_jrexec.bat -c".
