Error description
The value in Total Cost: MR.TOTALCOST changes to 0 when an attachment is made to the Desktop Requisition Line Item. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION Creating a Desktop Requisition calculates the Total cost of all included Items in the Line Items. However, when an attachment is included in the Line Item, the Total value changes to 0. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. GoTo-> Self Service -> Desktop Requisition-> Create Requisition Requisition: 1016, gL Debit Account:6000-200-000 -> Continue button 2. Requisition Line Items -> New Row Line 1, Qty 1, Item 11R22.5X-10, Unit Cst: 20, Ordr Unt:Each Line 2, Qty 2, Item MCV-60, Unit Cost: 876, Order Unit Each Line 3, Qty 3, Item HPLASER, Unit Cost: 30, Order Unit Each Line 4, Qty 4, Item 013, Unit Cost 40, Order Unit: Each I can see the Total Cost of sum of 2,052.00 in this case. 3. Back -> Open drop down for Line 4, Select Attachments icon, Add New Attachments, Add New File -> include a file (txt, doc, etc) Note: Field is DOCLINKS.DOCUMENT Continue The Total Cost is now 0 value, like the customer. CURRENT ERROUNEOUS RESULT: The value in Total Cost: MR.TOTALCOST changes to 0 or depending on the items to a different amount EXPECTED RESULT: The value in Total Cost: MR.TOTALCOST should be the sum of the Line Items and should not alter because of attachment.
