Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The aliasing number for the type_bound
  procedure is out of aliasing table range which causes compiler
  to abend with Internal Compiler Error.
  
  USERS AFFECTED: Users who have a derived type containing
  type_bound procedure which is used in different compilation
  unit and compiling the source using -g and O3 or higher.
  

Local fix

• Removing debug option or compiling at opt level less that O3 or
  noopt.
