Error description

• Configuration and data setup:
  
  1. Create a new security group (TERMCOND) with SAVE access to
  ?Terms and Conditions? application.
  
  2. Create a new security group (TSTSITE) that has access to
  all sites for EAGLESA Org.
  
  3. Create a test user and add in the newly created groups.
  
  
  4.Login with Maxadmin and create a test record in Terms and
  Conditions as below for EAGLESA Org.
  
  
  
  Test case 1:
  
  1. Login with the test user and open the Terms and Condition
  app.
  The app is Read Only . It is expected to that the user has
  editable access with above setup.
  
  Test 2:
  
  Data setup: Check the ?Authorize Group for ALL Sites? box for
  group TSTSITE.
  
  
  1. Login with the test user and open the Term and Conditions
  application. The app is editable only with the above setup. This
  setup is not desirable for getting SAVE access to this app.
