Error description

  • When using CICS Explorer version 5.2, the "Default Routing
(nameof workload)" view allows multiple target regions to be
selected for an active workload and then quiesced at the same
time. But when using CICS Explorer version 5.3, this option is
greyed out. You can only quiesce one target region at a time.
    .
    The steps to follow are:
     - Start CICS Explorer and connect to a WUI server via CMCI.
     - In the CICS SM perspective, CICS Explorer view, expand the
       CICSplex twistie
     - Expand the Workload Management twistie
     - Double click on an active workload to open the "Default
       Routing (name of workload" view
     - In the 'Target Distribution Factors" section select two or
more targets regions and right click to select Quiesce. The
       option is greyed out
    .
