IV84552: SECURITY PROFILE ISSUE IF USER HAS RIGHTS TO MORE THAN 1000 SITES

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a security profile of an user is opened shows blank screen
  in UI.  The user permission to more than 1000 sites.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  Loaded 1000 sites
  created user TESTED / Group Target
  added over 1000 sites to Target group.
  Go to user TESTED security profile from within Users application
  it will display blank.
