Error description

  • Problem:
    When the Windows OS Agent does not succeed in open a service to
    retrieve its characteristics (for example due to a restricted
    access) the error message does not indicate clearly the service
    name and the system error message.
    
    Affected Platforms / Versions: ALL
    Diagnostics:
    In the logs can be present message like:
    (56DD24E2.0004-8F0:kntcsvc.cpp,690,"CService::GetRow")
    OpenService(D)
    failed.  Error code: 5 [0x00000005].  Text: A
    where it's present only the first character of the service name
    and of the error message.
