Error description

• Steps to Reproduce:
  ------------------------
  1.Create a PO.
  2.Add 3 PO lines.  Enter these Values:
  Line 1:
  Item 0-0031
  Quantity = -3
  Order Unit = Each
  Unit Cost = 30.60
  line Cost = -91.80
  Tax = -5.51
  Line 2:
  Item 0-0048
  Quantity = -2
  Order Unit = Each
  Unit Cost = 52.70
  line Cost = -105.40
  Tax = -6.32
  Line 3:
  Item 0-07205
  Quantity = -2
  Order Unit = Each
  Unit Cost = 52.70
  line Cost = -105.40
  Tax = -6.32
  3. Approve the PO.
  4. Go to the receiving application and receipt all PO lines.
  5. Create a New Invoice of type CREDIT.
  6. Select the COPY PO LINES button and select the PO
  Line Item 1. Click OK.
  7. Choose Select Action and Approve the credit note.
  8. When the Change Status Dialog box appears, check the Box
  marked Close PO ?. Click OK.
  9. Go to the PO application and find the PO created at step 1.
  10. Verify that the status of the PO is CLOSED.
  This is the defect - the PO can be closed despite there being
  uninvoiced  receipts.
