• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. In Job Plans bring up INS12100
  2. From Flow Action Field>Go to Actions and create an App
  Action for
  WOACTIVITY object. Pick createSR and save. Return with value
  3. Check the Flow control field and save  .
  4. Open Wotrack and create new WO
  5. Add Job Plan INS12100 save
  6. Change status to INPRG
  You see it creates 2 SR which is wrong.
  
  Client is running 7.6.0.1. but also replicated in 7.6.0.3.
