Error description

• The number or runnable and blocked processes is not available
  in the Linux VM Stats attribute group, even if they are
  specified in the file /proc/stat, due to a problem with the
  buffer size while reading them.
  
  Affected Platforms / Versions:
  All the releases of the Linux OS Agent
  
  Diagnostics:

  Runnable info not found in /proc/stat file; looking in
  /proc/<PIDs>/stat files
  
  This behavior is normal with kernel below 2.5.46, but not
  otherwise.

Problem summary
