Problem Description:

Weekly data summarization is incorrect when the raw table has
first row as Sunday data and the "start of the week" is Monday.
In this case, the Sunday data was included into next day which
was Monday.  This is not the correct way to summarize weekly
data.


RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Configure "start of the week" as 'Monday'.
2. Manipulate the raw table and have the first row as Sunday
data.
