Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Using the launch feature in the Tivoli Portal client, when
  using symbols that get resolved from an internal name to a
  display name do not work, the internal name is used in the
  launch definition.
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  Create a launch definition in a workspace view. In the
  arguments field use the following arguments.
  
  www.ibm.com\n\&-1022
  
  Press the "evaluate button", the -1022 will resolve correctly.
  However when you save the launch definition, reopen and try to
  launch, the -1022 does not get resolved to the display name so
  the launch URL does not work.

• Hard code the subsitutable definition instead of using a symbol
  value
  

Problem summary

• Tivoli Portal launch feature not correctly resolving variable
  substitution
  
  
  When using the launch feature in the tivoli portal client, the
  launch definition can contain variables that being with an
  ampersand.  The variables should be properly resolved to the
  proper display name when the definition is launched.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed code in the dialog to correctly fill in the display
  value for the substitutable variables.
