Error description

• In some cases, having many task group commit jobs running
  concurrently on different servers can cause locking issues in
  the database.
  
  A facility to enable the task group commit jobs to run on a
  single JVM is needed.

  Additional configurable server information being added to task
  group commit scheduled jobs to execute on.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  For customers who approve many task groups concurrently, this
  enhancement will enable jobs to complete without manually
  retrying the approval.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• A configuration property for the default configuration can be
  added to wc-resource-containers.xml to direct all task group
  approval jobs to the named logical server.
  i.e.
  
  <wc:DefaultConfiguration
     lockingPolicy="com.ibm.commerce.context.content.locking.TaskG
  roupLockingPolicy"
     enableDynamicWorkspaceCreation="false"
     readPrefixName="WCR"
     writePrefixName="WCW"
     jvmName="serverName"
    />
  Only servers with the configured jvmName will be able to execute
   the scheduled jobs and the number of scheduler threads can be
  limited to prevent concurrent access to the database.
