Error description
On the TEP Enterprise/Self Monitoring Topology workspace, if you hover the mouse cursor over an agent node, a popup displays information about the agent, including the last heartbeat time. For agents connected to a remote TEMS, this last heartbeat time is incorrect. Approver Initials: RP RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS: On the TEP client physical topology, right-click the Enterprise node then select Workspaces/Self Monitoring Topology. Double-click on a remote TEMS icon, then hover the mouse cursor over an agent connected to the RTEMS. Note the last heartbeat time. Now wait for at least 11 minutes. The last heartbeat time does not change, even though the agents sent heartbeat status to the TEMS every 10 minutes.

Problem conclusion
Changed SQL statement that retrieves the last heartbeat time to request the data from the remote monitoring server instead of the hub monitoring server. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0006
