Error description

• The section on the Netcool/Impact DSA Reference Guide
  mentioning the 'ODBC DSA', among the 'List of provided SQL
  database DSAs', needs to be updated with the mention of the
  need to set the environment variable 'LD_PRELOAD':
  
  export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libodbc.so
  
  (the location might vary, depending on the UNIX flavour and the
  32/64bit type)
  
  And then having the Impact server instance started with:
  
  $IMPACT_HOME/bin/startImpactServer.sh
