  Problem Description:  "lssam -T" shows that lsrsrc-api call to
  pull information on IBM.ResourceGroup hangs.  This issue is
  resolved by killing the master RecRM.
  

Local fix

• Kill the master RecRM daemon or upgrade to TSAMP 4.1.0.1
