Error description

• When scrolling back and forth quickly through many
  rows, a selected row
  is rendered inconsistently.
  
  , where a row that initially selected will display job stream
  P5D-
  FINI will change the job stream name when the only action being
  performed is scrolling. A related display bug is if scrolling
  quickly
  through the rows, and the scrolling latency will keep the rows
  scrolling to catch up to the scroll cursor, if the user selects
  a row
  while the rows are scrolling by, the final selected row is not
  the
  actual row selected while the rows are scrolling by, but instead
  the
  relative row clicked on inside the scroll box. The end result is
  the
  final row selected is a row many rows down from the actual
  selected
  row. The operations team considers scrolling broken in TDWC
  V9.2.
  Running on RHEL 6.5, TDWC V9.2, TWS V9.2.
