Once login, nothing is clickable or browser freeze. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Cannot click anything after login or browser freeze. EXPECTED RESULT: Able to continue working in Maximo. ADDITIONAL INFO: The resultset is corrupted due to missing data in RSCONFIG table. ENVIRONMENT: - TSRM 7.2.1.3 - MBS 7.1.1.10

Delete and re-add security group to affected user.
