IV67261: WHEN USER DELETE A RESPONSE ACTION FROM A RESPONSE PLAN THAT WAS DUPLICATED, THEY DELETE THE ACTION ON THE ORIGINAL RESPON

APAR status

Error description

  • User complained that when they delete a Response Action from a
    Response Plan that was duplicated, they delete the action on the
    original response plan
    
    
    Steps to recreate:
    ------------------
    1.  Go to Service Level-> Response Plans
    2.  Create a New Response Plan, assign it a ranking of 1 and
    applies to
    SR.  Save the record
    3.  Click on the Response Actions Tab.  Click the New Row
    button in the
    Actions pane.  Add the action SR CREATECHANGE and save the
    record.
    4.  Click the duplicate Response Plan action
    5.  Record the id of the new Response Plan so you can search
    for it
    later on.  Click Ok.
    6.  Click on the Response Actions tab.  Use the delete icon to
    remove
    the action and save the record.
    7.  Search and select the original response plan.
    8.  Click on the Response Actions.  You will see that the
    response
    action is now removed.
    9.  Search for the response plan created in step 3.
    10.  Click on Response Actions.  You will see that the Response
    Action
    was not deleted.
